A comprehensive intake to review your medical and mental health history.
A formal ADHD assessment using evidence-based diagnostic tools.
A follow-up visit to review results and develop a personalized treatment plan.
This structured approach ensures a thorough and professional assessment aligned with your individual needs.
Note: If you completed a formal ADHD evaluation within the past five years, Step 2 may be waived if records from the evaluation are available for clinical review and meet current diagnostic standards.

How do I know if I need medication?

If you’re struggling with symptoms like anxiety, depression, mood changes, or trouble focusing that affect your daily life, medication may help. Our Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner completes a thorough assessment before recommending any treatment to ensure it’s the right fit for your needs.

Will I have to stay on medication forever?

Not necessarily. Many people use medication as one part of their healing process and taper off when they feel stable and supported. Your provider will guide you through every step and make changes based on your progress and comfort level.

Question 6

How often will I have follow-up appointments?

Accepted Answer

After starting or changing a medication, follow-up visits are typically scheduled every 4–6 weeks to monitor your response. Once you’re stable, check-ins may move to every few months. Consistent communication helps us keep your treatment effective and safe.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits so you can meet with your provider from the comfort of your home. You’ll receive the same level of attentive, personalized care as you would in person.

Primary Care Services:
	Initial session fee: $250
	Follow up visit: $100
Neurodevelopmental Assessment: $49 to $199
Wellness Services (GLP-1, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D injections, Peptides) - call or text for details
Virtual Urgent Care
	$79 - minor concerns
	$109-$149 - multiple concerns (low to moderate complexity)
           Labs - separate pricing depending on labs
	We also offer medication refills/bridge for non-controlled medications

Do you accept insurance?

ValorSpring Health and Wellness accepts select insurance plans for covered services. Coverage varies by plan, so patients are encouraged to verify their benefits prior to scheduling.

Credentialing in progress:
 • Additional commercial insurance plans are currently in the credentialing process and will be added as contracts are finalized.
Until credentialing is complete, services with these insurers will be considered self-pay.

What if my insurance is not listed?

Patients are welcome to receive care on a self-pay basis if their insurance plan is not currently accepted. Many patients choose this option for greater flexibility and shorter wait times.
If applicable, you may also request documentation to submit claims to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
