Randy Miguel
Founder/Chief Administrative Officer
Army Veteran
Randy Miguel began his twenty-year Army career as a Medical Logistician, ensuring military medical units had the resources to care for Soldiers in every environment. He later served as a Medical Recruiter for the
Army Medical Department, helping bring skilled healthcare professionals into service. His dedication and leadership led to his selection as a Warrant Officer, where he continued to guide operations with precision
and integrity.
After retirement, Randy witnessed the difficulties that veterans, retirees, their families, and outlying communities face in finding consistent, compassionate care.
Determined to make a difference, he and his
wife founded ValorSpring Health and Wellness, a practice built on the same values that defined his military service: duty, respect, and unwavering commitment to others.
